    “Frustrating from the start”
    Stopped working properly after a couple of weeks. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

    Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Booking was straightforward and confirmation came instantly.

    I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Had to chase twice before anyone got back to me. Okay experience, three stars feels about right.

    Acceptable, though I have had better elsewhere. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.

    “Pleasantly surprised”
    Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. It just worked, start to finish.
