Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

Been using Humbrol on and off since last winter. Reliable, which counts for a lot.
