  “Fast delivery, good product”
  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Build feels solid rather than plasticky.

  The quality is noticeably better than the photos suggested. Runs cool and quiet, which I was worried about.

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. The specs on the listing were accurate down to the measurements. Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  The colour is nothing like what was advertised. Closed my ticket without resolving anything.

  “Support let it down”
  Disappointing experience with Troy Bilt, unfortunately. It shipped a full week after they said it would. Sale price was barely different from the normal price. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
