  Went in optimistic and came out frustrated. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Ordered from J-BARR for the first time and it went better than I expected. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product.

  “Average experience”
  The discount code helped, otherwise it would have been steep. Returns process works but the form is confusing. There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades.
