I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. Got a text the morning of delivery so I could be home for it. Support was polite and did not make me chase them.

Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. Had to open a dispute with my bank in the end. Learned my lesson on this one.
