  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
They wanted me to pay return postage on a defective item. The discount code did not work despite being valid.

  “Not quite what I hoped”
Started well and then went a bit quiet in the middle. Average build, about what I would expect at this price. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed.

  “Everything went right”
Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Comes in a proper box, so it works as a gift. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.
