  Signed up for the newsletter, waited for a sale, and got a genuinely good deal. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Courier left it with a neighbour and notified me straight away. Photos on the site do not really do it justice.

  “Frustrating from the start”
  I had high hopes for Kendra Scott but it did not work out. Felt overpriced once I saw the actual quality. Look at the alternatives before committing.

  Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. No discolouring on my skin after a fortnight of wear. Overall a very smooth experience.

  “Nice surprise”
  I've been buying from Kendra Scott for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Warranty claim went through with no drama. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
