  Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Comes in a proper box, so it works as a gift. I have already recommended them to two people.

  Charged in a different currency with a poor rate. Quality is well below what the photos suggest. Wrong address on the label despite entering it correctly.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. The stones are set neatly with no gaps.
