    Started with one small item to test them out, then ordered properly. The person I spoke to knew the product properly. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

    “Not quite what I hoped”
    I wanted to like Klug Toys more than I did. Support replied, but it took three days. Works as intended but the materials are clearly budget. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out.

    I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.

    Arrived well within the window they promised. Kept the kids busy for far longer than I expected. Solid experience overall.
