  “Quality is lacking”
  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Support never replied to either of my emails. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

  “No complaints at all”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  “Everything went right”
  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  Fine for a one-off purchase, not sure about regular use. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. The colour is a shade off from what was shown online. Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected.
