  Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough. No complaints from me.

  Ordered from LaChiocciola for the first time and it went better than I expected. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Kept the kids busy for far longer than I expected.

  Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Age guidance on the box was about right. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.
