  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Not the experience I was hoping for. It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box.

  “Solid from start to finish”
  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Age guidance on the box was about right. I have already recommended them to two people.

  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Finish is clean, no rough edges or loose threads. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Kept the kids busy for far longer than I expected.

  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Courier left it outside in the rain, though that is not really on the store. Nothing that would stop me ordering again.
