  I've been buying from Lamson for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way.

  Arrived well within the window they promised. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Reasonable pricing and they are upfront about shipping costs.

  Disappointing experience with Lamson, unfortunately. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Look at the alternatives before committing.

  The whole process from browsing to delivery took less than a week. Not the cheapest option out there, but worth what I paid. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.
