    “Quality is there”
    Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Lancaster surprised me. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item.

    Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Handle stays cool which I did not expect at this price. Would happily spend money here again.

    Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Dishwasher safe as claimed, no discolouring so far. Would happily spend money here again.

    Mixed feelings about Lancaster, though nothing went badly wrong. Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Delivery window was vague and I ended up waiting in.

    Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Heats evenly and cleans up easily. Glad I took the chance on them.
