  Third order with Le Biscuit this year, so that probably tells you enough. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  “No complaints at all”
  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  “Not as described”
  Would not order from Le Biscuit again based on this. Closed my ticket without resolving anything. Materials are much thinner than described. Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it.
