  I've been buying from VilleroyBoch co uk for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Heats evenly and cleans up easily. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Non-stick coating has held up to daily use.

  Support replied, but it took three days. Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. Arrived within the outer estimate but nowhere near the inner one. Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. Heats evenly and cleans up easily.

  No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Fits my hob properly with no wobble.
