    “Repeat customer now”
    I've been buying from Les Poochs for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything. Already planning my next order.

    “Nice surprise”
    Been using Les Poochs on and off since last winter. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Would order from here again without hesitating.

    Everything that could go slightly wrong did. Charged in a different currency with a poor rate. Materials are much thinner than described. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
