  “Slower than expected”
  They split the order into two parcels a week apart without telling me. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. It has survived a determined chewer for a month. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Good value, especially compared to the high street. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Shipped from a local warehouse so it got here quickly.

  “Better than expected”
  Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. Exactly as described, no surprises when I opened it. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.
