  “Decent but not perfect”
  Half of my order was great and half was underwhelming. Live chat was offline every time I tried it. Instructions were poorly translated but I worked it out.

  Would think twice before ordering from here again. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Customer service blamed the courier and left it there. The listing photos are clearly of a different product.

  “Glad I ordered”
  Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in needed. Well wrapped, nothing rattling around inside. Would tell a friend to try them.

  Good price, though the extra fees at checkout were unexpected. Dispatch took three days before it even moved. Returns process works but the form is confusing.

  “Long wait, poor result”
  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. It shipped a full week after they said it would. Materials are much thinner than described.
