  No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them.

  Ordered from MONA for the first time and it went better than I expected. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Colour has not faded after several washes. Sticking with them for future orders.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. They kept me updated when a stock issue came up. Fabric feels good and it has survived a few washes without shrinking.

  Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected.
