  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. Easy to reach and no automated runaround.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Good value, especially compared to the high street. Sizing was accurate, I went with my usual and it fits. Support was polite and did not make me chase them.

  Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens.

  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. No sneaky currency conversion charge, which I appreciated. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave. Feels premium for what it cost.

  “Mixed feelings”
  Slight defect on the stitching, not enough to return it. It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. I would only buy here again during a promotion. Returns process works but the form is confusing.
