    “Support let it down”
    Disappointing experience with ZeroWater, unfortunately. Nobody could tell me where my order actually was. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.

    “Nice surprise”
    Third order with ZeroWater this year, so that probably tells you enough. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. Dimensions matched the listing exactly, which mattered for the space.

    “Does exactly what it says”
    Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward. Comfortably recommend them.
