  “Easy recommendation”
  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Everything was labelled so the build was straightforward. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

  “Quality is lacking”
  Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. Refund came back short of what I paid. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. They refused a return despite the item being faulty.

  “Everything went right”
  Been using Living Fit on and off since last winter. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. Slightly more expensive than a marketplace, but I trust it more.
