  “Genuinely impressed”
  I do most of my shopping online and this was one of the easier orders. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. The finish is even with no marks or scratches. Overall a very smooth experience.

  Came across Brentwood Home through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. Assembly took under an hour with the included tools. Easy five stars from me.

  “Repeat customer now”
  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. It just worked, start to finish.
