  “Not what I expected”
  Left me having to sort out problems that should not have existed. Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. Finish is sloppy with glue visible around the edges. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem.

  “Does the job”
  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. Packaging was thin and one corner of the box was crushed.

  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Price was competitive and the quality justified it. No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.

  Ordered two items and had problems with both. Support hours are very limited and not stated clearly. Sale price was barely different from the normal price. It works, barely, but I would not trust it.
