“Not as described”

Advertised as free shipping but only above an amount they hide well. No padding at all, just the item loose in a bag. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. Disappointed is the honest summary.

“Happy with this one”

Came across Smunchys through a discount code and ended up staying a customer. The scent is subtle rather than overpowering. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.
