“Reliable and quick”

They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. The description was detailed enough that I knew exactly what I was getting. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Weight feels right, not hollow or tinny.

Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. The stones are set neatly with no gaps. I have already recommended them to two people.

Prices are fair and there were no surprise fees at checkout. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. No hassle at all when I needed to exchange something. The clasp is secure and easy to fasten one handed. Nothing I would change about the experience.
