    Started well and then went a bit quiet in the middle. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. Fine value, nothing that made me feel clever about the purchase.

    I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.

    “Everything went right”
    Their returns portal is simple and worked first time. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. It just worked, start to finish.
