  Shipping cost more than I felt it should have. It matches the listing, the listing just is not very detailed.

  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. No defects, no missing parts, everything accounted for. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. Helpful without being pushy about upselling. It matches the product photos, which honestly is rare these days. Ingredients list matched what was shown online. No complaints from me.

  “Disappointing”
  Not worth the hassle for the small saving. Refund was promised and then went quiet for a month. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me. Not what I ordered, a similar but cheaper version.
