  Went in optimistic and came out frustrated. Response was rude, which sealed it for me. The discount code did not work despite being valid. Delivery was delayed twice without anyone telling me.

  “Smooth experience”
  Been meaning to leave feedback for a while because the last order went so well. Value for money is the main reason I keep coming back. Build quality is solid and it feels like it will last. Lighter than I expected without feeling flimsy.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. Live chat was actually staffed by someone helpful. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Good for beginners without being useless later on.

  “Worth the money”
