  “Reliable and quick”
  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Stitching is neat and there were no loose threads anywhere. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. About right for the market, no bargain though. Fine for the price, though I would not pay more for it. Colour has not faded after several washes.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  Shipping cost was reasonable and clearly shown before checkout. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Had to change my delivery address and they sorted it straight away. It looks like the photos rather than a cheap copy of them. Nothing I would change about the experience.

  “Disappointing”
  Genuinely more trouble than it was worth. Prices went up between me adding to basket and checking out. Left me out of pocket and out of patience.
