  There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. Returns process works but the form is confusing.

  “Solid from start to finish”
  Ordered from Mohawk General Store for the first time and it went better than I expected. Looks smart and does not feel like a budget product. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Sticking with them for future orders.

  Has held up well to daily use so far. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Returns for a different size were straightforward.

  Was a bit unsure about ordering, but Mohawk General Store turned out to be completely legit. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. Material is breathable and comfortable for all day wear. Happy customer, will return.

  “Fine with caveats”
  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. The saving was smaller than the banner suggested. It works, though the finish is a little rough in places. Packaging was fine but there was a lot of unnecessary plastic.
