  Nothing flimsy about it, which was my main worry. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine.

  Box was a bit oversized but everything inside was protected. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Cheaper than the same item on two other sites I compared. Nice finish on the seams, feels well made.

  “Everything went right”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Everything about it feels considered rather than mass produced. Got a partial refund for a delay without even asking for it. Easy five stars from me.
