They upgraded my shipping for free because of a small delay. Kept the kids busy for far longer than I expected. Will be ordering again before the end of the year.

Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. I emailed with a question and got a proper answer within a few hours. Age guidance on the box was about right.
