  “Worth the money”
  No issues at all with customs, which I was worried about. They run sales often enough that it is worth waiting for one. Support was polite and did not make me chase them. They have earned a spot in my bookmarks.

  “Fast delivery, good product”
  Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing.

  “Quality is there”
  Cheap enough that I ordered a spare. They followed up after delivery to check everything was fine. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  “Fine for the price”
  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Got my issue resolved, just slowly. Price is fair, though shipping ate into the saving. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing.
