  Ordering was straightforward even from outside the country. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Came with all the clips and screws needed.

  Third order with RATTAN this year, so that probably tells you enough. Installation took about an hour with basic tools. Comfortably recommend them.

  One item was missing and they shipped a replacement without arguing. Their bundle deal made it worth buying two instead of one. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. The fitment guide on the site was accurate.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Got roughly thirty percent off and it still arrived quickly. Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Installation took about an hour with basic tools.
