“Everything went right”

Free shipping threshold is low enough to actually be useful. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Turned up in four working days with no fuss. Quality is consistent across both items I ordered. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem.

“Wish I had checked elsewhere”
