  “Easy recommendation”
  Bought a gift here in a bit of a rush and it worked out perfectly. Second one I've bought and the quality is the same as the first. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Not bad, not great, somewhere in the middle. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks.

  Regular customer here, mostly because nothing has gone wrong yet. Delivery was on time and I got tracking updates the whole way. Support was polite and did not make me chase them.

  Description left out a couple of details I would have liked to know. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Fine, but I would compare prices first next time.
