  “Not quite what I hoped”
  Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Worth a try if the price is right.

  “Reasonable enough”
  I wanted to like Open the Joy more than I did. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering. Would recommend with a couple of caveats.

  “Mixed feelings”
  There is a bit of a smell out of the box that fades. Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. The first reply was a template, the second one was actually useful.

  “Some good, some bad”
  It got here safely, just slower than I would like. Worth it on sale, not at full price. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Solid enough for a low risk purchase.
