    “Great value for money”
Third order with Open the Joy this year, so that probably tells you enough. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Already planning my next order.

    “Not quite what I hoped”
Would probably order again, but I would check other sites first. Refund came through, though it took longer than stated. Worth a try if the price is right.

    “Reasonable enough”
I wanted to like Open the Joy more than I did. Perfectly usable but the photos are flattering. Would recommend with a couple of caveats.
