  “Does exactly what it says”
  They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Has held up well to daily use so far. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Easy five stars from me.

  “No complaints at all”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Shipping was free over a certain amount, which pushed me to add one more item. No sharp edges and everything feels safe enough. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Easy recommendation”
  They had the exact model I needed when nowhere else did. They replied on a weekend, which I did not expect. Tracking worked properly, which is more than I can say for some shops. Batteries were included, which saved a trip out.
