  Honestly did not expect much at this price point, but Ouidad surprised me. Ingredients list matched what was shown online.

  “Average experience”
  Tracking stopped updating for a few days which was annoying. Currency conversion added a bit more than I expected. The FAQ answered more than their support did. Expiry date was well over a year away.

  “Not what I expected”
  First and probably last order here. Smells strongly of chemicals and still has not faded. Frustrating from start to finish.

  Third order with Ouidad this year, so that probably tells you enough. No irritation on sensitive skin, which is my usual problem. I'll be back next time I need something similar.
