  “Reliable and quick”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Paid less than I budgeted for, which never happens. Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste.

  Bought two items and was happy enough to order a third a week later. The discount applied without any trouble at checkout. Arrived faster than the big marketplaces usually manage. Dosage instructions were clear on the packaging. A rare online order where nothing went wrong.

  Third order with Patisserie Valerie this year, so that probably tells you enough. Delivery took five days and I was kept informed throughout. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault.

  “Everything went right”
  Delivery estimate said ten days and it came in six. Colours are true to what was shown on the site. They answered a fairly technical question clearly. No unwanted side effects for me so far. Would order from here again without hesitating.

  Everything that could go slightly wrong did. The listing photos are clearly of a different product. Support never replied to either of my emails.
