  “Will be back”
  It does the job well and I have not had to think about it since. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

  “Pleasantly surprised”
  Instructions were clear and it was easy to set up. Their clearance section is worth checking before you buy full price. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens. Glad I took the chance on them.

  Shipping was the weakest part of the whole thing. Reasonable quality, though the packaging inside was untidy. Reasonably helpful once I got hold of someone. Not expensive, but I have seen it cheaper elsewhere since.

  “Glad I ordered”
  Ordered late on a Sunday night and it still shipped Monday. Materials feel sturdy and nothing seems cheaply put together. Warranty claim went through with no drama. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.

  I compared four different sites before settling on this one. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Ingredients are clearly listed and the cat actually eats it. Solid experience overall.
