  Found this store through a friend and I'm glad I did. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens.

  Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. It has survived a determined chewer for a month. Definitely worth a look if you are comparing options.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  I've been buying from PupJoy for about two years now and they have not let me down yet. Returns were painless and the refund came through in a few days. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens. Sticking with them for future orders.

  “Not quite what I hoped”
  The colour is a shade off from what was shown online. It arrived eventually, just later than I planned around. Customer service was polite but not especially helpful.
