  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Customer service actually read my message rather than sending a template. I saved a decent amount using a code from here. Sticking with them for future orders.

  I've had bad luck with online shops lately, so this was a relief. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Slower than expected”
  I would call it average, which is not a criticism exactly. Contact options are limited to a form, which slows everything down.

  “Everything went right”
  They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Shipping took three days, which is quicker than the estimate they gave.
