  “Worth the money”
  Cancelled and reordered a wrong size and it was handled in one message. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. They shipped in two parcels and both arrived on the same day. Would tell a friend to try them.

  Order confirmation and dispatch email both arrived within the hour. Started noticing a difference after about three weeks. It just worked, start to finish.

  “Second order, same quality”
  Works exactly as advertised with no learning curve. Everything was packed carefully with plenty of padding. They took responsibility for a courier mistake that was not really their fault. Good value, especially compared to the high street.

  “Exactly what I needed”
  Been using Premium Jane on and off since last winter. Loyalty points added up faster than I expected. Nice to find a shop that does the basics properly.
