  “Smooth experience”
  Picked up a few things during their seasonal sale. Everything was sealed properly and clearly labelled. Been using it daily for a month and it still looks new. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens. Beats the bigger sites on both service and price.

  “Genuinely impressed”
  I read some reviews before ordering and they matched my experience. Sorted a billing mix-up the same day I reported it. My dog took to it straight away, which never happens.

  “Arrived late and damaged”
  Package arrived opened and one item was missing. The discount code did not work despite being valid. They refused a return despite the item being faulty.
