“Everything went right”

Simple order, no drama, which is all I really want. The parcel turned up intact despite the courier clearly throwing it around. Response time was quick both times I contacted them. It has survived a determined chewer for a month. Genuinely pleased with the whole thing.

Took a chance on a brand I had never heard of and it paid off. Photos on the site do not really do it justice. Easy to clean, which matters more than anything.
