  “Wish I had checked elsewhere”
  Refund came back short of what I paid. It arrived with a visible defect straight out of the box. The parcel arrived damaged and clearly badly packed. I will be shopping elsewhere.

  “Does exactly what it says”
  Helpful without being pushy about upselling. Packaging was minimal but nothing was damaged. Worked out about half of what I would have paid locally. No complaints from me.
