    “Poor experience”
    Disappointing experience with Samsonite, unfortunately. Tracking never updated past the dispatch stage. Extra handling fee appeared at the last step.

    Ordered from Samsonite and it was fine, just not remarkable.

    “Arrived late and damaged”
    I had high hopes for Samsonite but it did not work out. Courier choice was poor and there was no option to change it. Got copy-paste replies that did not address the problem. Cannot recommend based on this experience.
